Why AI education
AI tools are everywhere, but knowing how to apply them in your specific business is rare. Generic online courses do not answer questions specific to your industry. We do.
Most employees use ChatGPT to draft emails — and stop there. They do not know that AI can automate reports, analyze data, generate code, create presentations, and turn a 4-hour task into 20 minutes. The problem is not AI — the problem is lack of knowledge.
78%
of employees do not use AI in daily work
YouTube tutorials and Udemy courses cover generic examples. Your team needs to know how to apply AI to YOUR processes, YOUR data, and YOUR challenges. Generic content does not answer the question "how do I use this in my job?".
92%
of online course participants do not finish the program
Companies that invest in AI education for their teams today will have employees who are 3-10x more productive tomorrow. Every month of delay is a month in which your competition grows faster. AI literacy is not a luxury — it is a necessity.

Every program is modular — you can take one or combine several for multi-day training. All are customizable to your industry and processes.

Free callHow it works
A free introductory call where we learn about your team, industry, current AI usage, and training goals. Based on that, we recommend a program or combination of programs.
We tailor every program to your industry, processes, and tools. We use your real examples, your documents, and your workflows — not generic case studies.
We come to your office or run an online session. Hands-on format — every participant works on their laptop, completes exercises from their domain, and leaves with concrete results.
Materials, recordings, and cheat sheets for all participants. 30-day access to a Q&A channel for questions that come up when they start applying what they learned in practice.
Why Azuya
We do not teach generic examples. Every exercise, every prompt, and every use case uses data and processes from your company. Participants learn on what they do every day.
Minimal presentation, maximum doing. Every participant has a laptop, access to AI tools, and exercises they complete in real time. Learning by doing, not by listening.
Our trainers are not academic lecturers — they are AI engineers and consultants who build and implement AI systems for companies every day. Practitioners, not theorists.
Programs for every level — from non-technical employees who have never used AI to senior developers who want to build RAG systems and AI agents. Everyone learns at their level.
Every participant receives complete materials, a prompt library, cheat sheets, and 30-day access to a Q&A channel. Learning does not stop when the workshop ends.
Before-and-after measurement — how much time the team spends on tasks before and after training. Our clients typically see 3-10x acceleration for repetitive tasks within the first week.
Education is the first step. Implementation is next.
Once your team understands AI capabilities, we can build them too. Education connects seamlessly with other Azuya services.

FAQ
The optimal number is 8-20 participants per session for maximum interaction and hands-on work. For larger teams, we organize multiple sessions or adapt the format. For executive programs, we also work with smaller groups of 3-8.
It depends on the program. AI Fundamentals and Prompt Engineering require no technical background — just a laptop and a willingness to learn. AI for Developers requires basic programming knowledge. Each program clearly states the required background.
Both. We prefer in-house delivery because hands-on work and group dynamics work better in person, but online workshops are equally structured and effective — especially for distributed teams.
Absolutely. The most common format is AI Fundamentals for the whole company (day 1) + a specialized program for key teams (days 2-3). We also create fully customized multi-day programs for specific needs.
That is where our education offering connects seamlessly with our other services. Our AI Consultancy service identifies the best opportunities, AI Engineering builds them, and AI Automation sets up the systems. Education is the first step — implementation is the natural next one.
Pricing depends on the number of participants, program duration, and level of customization. A free introductory call gives you a concrete proposal. The investment in AI education for one employee typically pays back within the first month through time saved.
Every day your team does not use AI optimally is a day of lost productivity. In-house, hands-on, tailored to your business — results show from the first week.
